A confirmed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) from a licensed medical doctor (MD) or PhD is essential to qualify for insurance-covered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. This diagnosis ensures that the necessary documentation is in place, allowing your child to receive the appropriate therapeutic support tailored to their specific needs.
Intake
When you contact Counseling Society, we'll promptly gather your insurance details and begin the authorization process for ABA services. Our streamlined system ensures that there is minimal delay from your initial request to the start of therapy, allowing your child to begin receiving care as quickly as possible.
Initial Assessment
Our clinical team conducts a thorough evaluation of your child's strengths and areas for improvement to create a personalized treatment plan. This initial assessment forms the foundation of your child’s ABA therapy, ensuring that the strategies employed are tailored specifically to their unique needs and developmental goals.
Working Together
Our services are provided by a dedicated team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) at a time and place that best suits your family. Using a personalized selection of ABA techniques, we address your child's specific requirements while continuously monitoring their progress. We also offer consultation and parent training to ensure a comprehensive approach, allowing for consistency in care across all environments.
